  • Lost Packages: If your order is marked as lost or untraceable by the carrier, we guarantee a replacement shipment or a full refund.
  • Stuck in Transit: If your package has not moved or shown any updates for more than 15 days, we consider it stuck in transit and will offer to reship your order or provide a full refund.
  • Seized by Customs: In the rare event that your parcel is seized by customs, we will reship the order to you at no additional cost or issue a full refund to ensure you’re not left out of pocket.

Conditions for Reshipments and Refunds

To process your reshipment or refund quickly, please keep in mind the following:

  • Timely Notification: We request that you contact our support team within 30 days of the estimated delivery date to inform us of any issues with your order.
  • Accurate Information: Please provide us with the correct shipping address when placing your order. We are not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
  • Single Reshipment: In cases of reshipment due to a lost or stuck parcel, we will send a replacement one time only. If issues persist after the reshipment, we will consider further options on a case-by-case basis.

Refund Process

If you choose a refund instead of a reshipment, we will process the refund as quickly as possible:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
  • Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider’s processing times.
